Today was a special day! Angela never has smiled very much. I can count on my fingers the number of times I have seen her smile, and usually it happens when she's high on Ativan. But today I was feeding Elliott and looked down at Angela and she kept getting huge smiles on her face. I immediately put Elliott's bottle down (which he was not happy about, but I'm sorry, this was a once in a lifetime photo op!) and raced for the camera. I managed to catch a big grin, which I promptly accidentally deleted. I was devastated! But thanks to my new best friend, Recuva file-recovery freeware, I was able to get this adorable picture back. It's hard spending so much time and love on a kiddo who can't even smile back at you, but special moments like this make it all worth it.
